About

Hey there! I’m Dr. Brooke Fuller. Mom of four, wife, educator, and mental skills coach. I believe in supporting athletes in developing a better awareness of how they prepare for and handle pressured situations. Having been a collegiate athlete myself, I understand the importance of the mental side of the game. Mental skills for performance are vital and I aim to educate athletes on how to implement skills that can help them to excel and reach the level of performance they hope to attain. I provide services to individual athletes, teams, and education to parents and coaches as well. I attained my bachelors and master’s degrees from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and my doctoral degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Western States in June of 2022.

Sport and Performance Psychology

I provide services to athletes and teams from a wide array of sports, including basketball, cross country, track and field, rodeo, golf, boxing, volleyball, softball, soccer, and gymnastics. Additionally, I support athletes from a variety of competitive levels including junior high, high school, collegiate, and professional to teach them skills related to handling pressured situations, coping with performance anxiety, enhancing confidence, developing pre-performance routines, handling injuries/rehab, improving concentration, goal setting, mental toughness, imagery, motivation, and more! Sport and performance psychology is an exciting field and I would love to teach you skills that can support you in reaching your goals.

In addition to working with athletes I also provides mental skills training to entrepreneurs. Having developed two businesses, I have a passion for helping others attain their career goals and be able to run their own business. The mental skills taught to athletes carry-over well to other performance domains. I would love to support you at the beginning stages of your business start-up or revitalizing your current business. .
