Meet Dr. Brooke Fuller
Certified Mental Performance Coach and Sport Psychology Consultant
About Brooke
Hey there and welcome! I’m Dr. Brooke Fuller, sport psychology consultant, educator, mom of four, and wife to Kyle. I was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma where sports were a huge part of my life. After wrapping up my athletic career and achieving my bachelor’s in psychology, I became intrigued by the field of sport psychology.
I hold a master’s in education with an emphasis in counseling psychology and a doctoral degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Western States. I attained my certification for mental performance consulting through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and have been consulting since 2020.
A few completely random facts about me… I love chocolate milk (peep the bottom photo of me with my siblings and dad), sweat pants, sitting by my fireplace, I once made 101 free throws in a row, I have run 4 half marathons, and am currently training for my first triathlon. Lastly, as a believer in Jesus Christ, I aim to work with excellence and integrity for God’s glory in all that I do.

Coaching Philosophy
Performance breakdowns can result from various factors, including: motivation, emotions, focus, confidence, intensity, anxiety, and social changes. I believe performance excellence is subjective and holistic, integrating cognitive behavioral theory, positive psychology, and the IZOF model to align with both performance and life goals, using tailored mental skills training based on individual needs.
