The Process

  • The first step in starting our time together is to choose the program and payment option that works best for you.

  • Next you will schedule you “Intake” session. You will be prompted to complete the Athletic Coping Skills Inventory, Confidentiality Agreement, and Consent Form.

  • The first session consists of gathering information about your goals, strengths, and concerns, as well as what you’d like to accomplish in working together. I will gain a thorough background as we dive into your sport development, social support system, behavioral habits, and more.

  • Based on your initial assessment and intake interview, Brooke will develop a personalized MST support plan to meet your specific needs.

  • We will meet once a week or every other week to dive into your support plan. Sessions can be schedule outside of these time frames, but I do recommend we meet at least twice per month.

  • During your final session we will reflect on your growth. We can discuss if you would like to continue meeting or if you’d prefer to check back in at a later date, if needed.
